H\u00e9las, aucune photo officielle de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour l\u2019heure transmise \u00e0 la presse.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que le segment des GTI a connu une augmentation continuelle de la puissance, du poids, des \u00e9quipements de confort etc., la VW Up! GTI renoue avec la doctrine de la voiture de sport l\u00e9g\u00e8re et sans fioritures.<\/p>\n<p>41 ans apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re Golf GTI de 1976, la Up! GTI s&#8217;inscrit donc dans une sorte de retour aux sources, ses caract\u00e9ristiques rappelant celles de son a\u00efeule : une puissance de 115ch contre 110ch pour la Golf I GTI, et un poids de 997kg contre respectivement 810kg seulement\u00a0! Pour asseoir la Up! GTI sur ses ambitions, son ch\u00e2ssis a \u00e9t\u00e9 durci et abaiss\u00e9 de 15mm et des jantes de 17 pouces seront pr\u00e9sentes de s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p>Avec sa puissance modeste, on aurait pu r\u00eaver que la Up! GTI soit \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#8217;un moteur atmosph\u00e9rique. Mais comme il n&#8217;y a pas de petite \u00e9conomie (surtout par les temps qui courent quand on parle d\u2019\u00e9cologie\u2026), c&#8217;est bel et bien un moteur turbo de 3 cylindres qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi. Un signe de plus que l&#8217;\u00e9poque des moteurs atmosph\u00e9riques semble d\u00e9finitivement r\u00e9volue. GTI sont un tantinet sup\u00e9rieures avec un 0-100km\/h en 8.8 secondes et une vitesse maximale de 197km\/h, comme en t\u00e9moigne la vid\u00e9o ci-dessus o\u00f9 une v\u00e9n\u00e9rable Golf I GTI \u00e9volue sur circuit en compagnie d&#8217;une Up! GTI en\u00a0d\u00e9clinaison 5 portes.<\/p>\n<p>En somme, des chiffres qui peuvent para\u00eetre bien fades en comparaison avec ce que revendiquent la plupart des sportives actuelles. Mais les vitesses d\u00e9mesur\u00e9es et les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations folles ne sont pas les seuls ingr\u00e9dients du plaisir de conduite, loin de l\u00e0. Parfois, un petit moteur vif et sonore doubl\u00e9 d\u2019une direction directe et d\u2019une bo\u00eete manuelle bien \u00e9tag\u00e9e peuvent donner le change et nous ramener&#8230; 41 ans en arri\u00e8re !<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est ce que nous comptons bien vous confirmer lors de l\u2019essai de cette Volkswagen Up!
