Polestar, marque su\u00e9doise n\u00e9e de l\u2019alliance entre Volvo et le chinois Geely, est un acteur respectable dans l\u2019univers de l\u2019automobile \u00e9lectrique. Son premier mod\u00e8le, la Polestar 1<\/a>, hybride rechargeable en s\u00e9rie limit\u00e9e, a servi de vitrine technologique avant le passage au 100 % \u00e9lectrique. La Polestar 2,<\/a> berline taill\u00e9e pour rivaliser avec la Tesla Model 3, a marqu\u00e9 cette transition, suivie par le SUV premium\u00a0Polestar\u00a03<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Aujourd\u2019hui, place \u00e0 la Polestar 4, un SUV coup\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique qui r\u00e9invente les codes du design automobile. Pour pallier \u00e0 cette disparition, une cam\u00e9ra haute d\u00e9finition mont\u00e9e sur le toit retransmet en temps r\u00e9el les images sur un \u00e9cran num\u00e9rique, rempla\u00e7ant ainsi le r\u00e9troviseur traditionnel. Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019audace esth\u00e9tique, cette solution am\u00e9liore l\u2019a\u00e9rodynamisme et lib\u00e8re davantage d\u2019espace int\u00e9rieur. Si l\u2019on retrouve imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019ADN Polestar, ce nouveau mod\u00e8le marque une \u00e9volution stylistique majeure, s\u2019\u00e9loignant nettement de sa petite s\u0153ur, la Polestar 2. Avec ses jantes de 21 pouces, les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de la route sont bien absorb\u00e9es, et l\u2019insonorisation est excellente. \u00c0 vitesse stabilis\u00e9e, le silence \u00e0 bord de la Polestar 4 est remarquable, hormis un l\u00e9ger bruit de roulement qui rappelle la monte pneumatique hivernale en cette p\u00e9riode de l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n A l’image de Volvo, Polestar place la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de conduite. Le r\u00e9gulateur de vitesse adaptatif et l\u2019assistance au maintien de voie sont parmi les meilleurs du march\u00e9, offrant une conduite semi-autonome fluide et rassurante sur autoroute. Les capteurs et cam\u00e9ras se montrent pr\u00e9cis, mais le changement de voie sur autoroute a de quoi d\u00e9router. Le syst\u00e8me analyse de lui-m\u00eame si les conditions permettent un d\u00e9passement, puis initie la man\u0153uvre de fa\u00e7on ferme et directe, sans v\u00e9ritable transition. La cam\u00e9ra haute d\u00e9finition projette une image nette et pr\u00e9cise sur l\u2019\u00e9cran d\u00e9di\u00e9, avec un champ de vision \u00e9largi souvent plus performant qu\u2019un r\u00e9troviseur classique. Mais attention : pour ceux qui, comme moi, ont franchi le cap de la cinquantaine, quelques ajustements visuels peuvent s\u2019imposer. En effet, la vision d\u2019un r\u00e9troviseur classique sollicite la vison de loin, tandis que l\u2019\u00e9cran num\u00e9rique, positionn\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques dizaines de centim\u00e8tres, rel\u00e8ve d\u2019une vision de pr\u00e8s. R\u00e9sultat : si vous commencez \u00e0 tendre les bras pour lire l\u2019heure sur votre montre, cet audacieux choix de Polestar, aussi esth\u00e9tique que technologique, pourrait ne pas vous convenir imm\u00e9diatement.
