Un tr\u00e8s long capot et un habitacle recul\u00e9 derri\u00e8re un pare-brise fortement inclin\u00e9 conf\u00e8rent \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re AMG GT<\/a> un look singulier. Cette deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration reprend ces codes mais de fa\u00e7on moins extr\u00eame. Et pour cause, l’habitacle devient plus vaste puisqu’il accueille d\u00e9sormais 4 passagers (2+2) alors que l’ancien mod\u00e8le \u00e9tait une stricte deux places. Le gabarit g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ext\u00e9rieur devient plus imposant (4728 x 2100 x 1354 mm contre 4544 x 1939 x 1287 mm auparavant).<\/p>\n Autre \u00e9volution majeure de cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, la transmission aux roues arri\u00e8re de la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est remplac\u00e9e par une transmission \u00e0 quatre roues motrices. Le moteur V8 biturbo 4.0 litres d\u00e9veloppe d\u00e9sormais 585 ch (soit la m\u00eame puissance que l’ancien mod\u00e8le GT R<\/a>) et 800 Nm. Avec ces \u00e9volutions, l’AMG GT<\/a> se confronte, plus que jamais, \u00e0 la fameuse Porsche 911 Turbo<\/a>. La vue de 3\/4 arri\u00e8re laisse songeur tant la ressemblance est \u00e9vidente. C’est si addictif qu’on r\u00e9p\u00e8te l’op\u00e9ration plusieurs fois avant de redevenir raisonnable. Vient alors le temps d’essayer les six modes de conduite (Sol glissant, Individual, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ et Race) accessibles au volant ou par le biais de l’\u00e9cran central.
