Porsche \u00e9largit la gamme de sa berline sportive enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique avec la Taycan Turbo GT ainsi que la Taycan Turbo GT avec pack Weissach. Cette derni\u00e8re version est r\u00e9solument con\u00e7ue pour le circuit et renonce \u00e0 la banquette arri\u00e8re au profit d\u2019un rapport poids\/puissance encore meilleur.<\/p>\n

Les deux v\u00e9hicules atteignent en peu de temps des puissances de pointe de plus de 1’100 ch. Combin\u00e9es \u00e0 diverses mesures ax\u00e9es sur la construction l\u00e9g\u00e8re et l\u2019a\u00e9rodynamique, ces sportives GT enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques posent de nouveaux jalons en mati\u00e8re de dynamique de conduite. Un onduleur \u00e0 impulsions plus puissant et plus efficace, utilisant du carbure de silicium comme mat\u00e9riau semiconducteur, est utilis\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re. Les premiers mod\u00e8les Taycan Turbo GT devraient \u00eatre livr\u00e9s aux clients \u00e0 partir du printemps 2024.<\/p>\n

Elle n\u2019est pas encore sur le march\u00e9, mais elle d\u00e9tient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un record : le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2024, la Taycan Turbo GT avec pack Weissach a remport\u00e9 le titre de voiture de s\u00e9rie \u00e9lectrique la plus rapide sur le circuit Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca, en Californie. Avec un temps de 1:27,87 minutes, le pilote de d\u00e9veloppement Porsche, Lars Kern, a boucl\u00e9 son tour en un temps record pour une voiture \u00e9lectrique homologu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9cemment, une version de pr\u00e9-s\u00e9rie de ce mod\u00e8le avait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un nouveau meilleur temps dans sa cat\u00e9gorie sur le N\u00fcrburgring. Lars Kern \u00e9tait l\u00e0 aussi au volant et a fait le tour de la Nordschleife en tout juste 7:07,55 minutes. Avec ce temps au tour officiel, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 26 secondes plus rapide que lors de son dernier record d\u2019ao\u00fbt 2022 avec une berline Taycan Turbo S Sport \u00e9quip\u00e9e du pack Performance. Ce temps repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement le meilleur temps actuel pour des voitures \u00e9lectriques de s\u00e9rie et fait de la Turbo GT la voiture \u00e0 quatre portes la plus rapide de l\u2019Eifel, quel que soit le mode de propulsion.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les deux records \u00e9tablis \u00e0 Laguna Seca et sur la Nordschleife montrent l\u2019\u00e9norme potentiel de la Taycan sur circuit, souligne Kevin Giek, responsable de la s\u00e9rie. En effet, pour r\u00e9ussir dans la discipline reine qu\u2019est le \u00ab circuit \u00bb, il ne suffit pas d\u2019avoir le plus de puissance possible : l\u2019ensemble de la dynamique longitudinale, de la dynamique transversale, de l\u2019a\u00e9rodynamique, de la stabilit\u00e9 et du r\u00e9glage des d\u00e9tails doit convenir. Nos ing\u00e9nieurs sont parvenus \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat de mani\u00e8re absolument convaincante, en particulier sur la Taycan Turbo GT et la Taycan Turbo GT avec pack Weissach. Ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un excellent travail avec les mod\u00e8les Taycan normaux qui viennent d\u2019\u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour. \u00ab Le circuit de Laguna Seca exige beaucoup de la Taycan Turbo GT. C\u2019est l\u2019ensemble qui fait la diff\u00e9rence, explique le pilote de d\u00e9veloppement Lars Kern. La Turbo GT avec pack Weissach pose ici de nouveaux jalons \u00e0 presque tous les \u00e9gards. Une dynamique longitudinale avec une utilisation tr\u00e8s intuitive du mode Attack et une cha\u00eene cin\u00e9matique con\u00e7ue pour une traction et une puissance maximales. Mais la dynamique transversale n\u2019est pas en reste. La ma\u00eetrise et la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 sont incroyables. Les pneus roulent tr\u00e8s bien et permettent d\u2019avoir le bon \u00e9quilibre dans toutes les situations de conduite. C\u2019est un plaisir incroyable de piloter cette voiture dans les mont\u00e9es et les descentes de Laguna Seca. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Une puissance suppl\u00e9mentaire allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 120 kW est disponible pendant dix secondes, \u00e0 chaque fois, sur simple pression d\u2019un bouton. Le mode Attack est bas\u00e9 sur la fonction Push-to-Pass des autres mod\u00e8les Taycan. Le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 pour une utilisation sur circuit et ressemble dans son fonctionnement aux mod\u00e8les de course 99X que Porsche utilise dans le championnat du monde de Formule E ABB FIA. La puissance suppl\u00e9mentaire est indiqu\u00e9e par un compte \u00e0 rebours dans le combin\u00e9 d\u2019instruments et mis en sc\u00e8ne de mani\u00e8re dynamique par des anneaux anim\u00e9s dans le tachym\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n

Le mode Attack se distingue de la fonction Push-to-Pass des autres mod\u00e8les Taycan par 50 kW de puissance suppl\u00e9mentaire ainsi que par son utilisation et sa disponibilit\u00e9 : les mod\u00e8les Taycan Turbo GT poss\u00e8dent un volant exclusif avec palettes. Au lieu d\u2019appuyer sur le commutateur de mode situ\u00e9 sur le satellite de commande du volant, il est donc possible d\u2019activer ou de d\u00e9sactiver le mode Attack via la palette de droite. Ainsi, la fonction est plus facile \u00e0 utiliser sur le circuit. \u00ab IOn peut aussi recourir \u00e0 cette puissance suppl\u00e9mentaire avec des gants de course, et sans enlever une main du volant, se f\u00e9licite le pilote de d\u00e9veloppement Lars Kern. Avec cette possibilit\u00e9 de commande simple, s\u00fbre et rapide, les mod\u00e8les Taycan Turbo GT sont con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019un pilote de course. \u00bb La palette gauche du volant permet de r\u00e9gler le niveau de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de l\u2019adapter \u00e0 la situation de conduite.<\/p>\n
