S\u2019il y a bien une enseigne qui a pu \u00eatre t\u00e9moin de l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019automobile, c\u2019est celle du Garage Rod SA. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 Oron-la-Ville en 1920 par William Rod, l\u2019entreprise familiale s\u2019est d\u2019abord consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la vente et l\u2019entretien de cycles et motocycles, avant de commercialiser des voitures des marques Fiat et Peugeot. Plus r\u00e9cemment, les marques Toyota et Citro\u00ebn sont \u00e9galement distribu\u00e9es par le garage dirig\u00e9 par Simon Rod, quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la famille \u00e0 se succ\u00e9der \u00e0 la t\u00eate du garage.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est en 2015, lorsque Hugues Bregeault rejoint le Garage Rod comme directeur de la vente, que le d\u00e9partement Rod Classic voit le jour. L\u2019ancien directeur de BYmyCAR Vaud et Valais avait \u00e0 c\u0153ur de pouvoir vivre une passion en lien direct avec son m\u00e9tier. En marge de sa mission des ventes des v\u00e9hicules conventionnels, Hugues commence alors \u00e0 lorgner sur des mod\u00e8les plus exclusifs.<\/p>\n
