Bienvenue \u00e0 bord de l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT, le premier mod\u00e8le enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique de la gamme \u00ab RS \u00bb qui est \u00e0 la marque aux quatre anneaux ce qu\u2019AMG est \u00e0 Mercedes. Avec le mode \u00ab\u00a0boost\u00a0\u00bb qui fait momentan\u00e9ment passer sa puissance de 598 \u00e0 646 ch, la RS e-tron GT est m\u00eame l\u2019Audi de s\u00e9rie la plus puissante de tous les temps !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si la silhouette g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT \u00e9voque, de profil, celle de la Porsche Taycan, la proue et la poupe sont compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes. La face avant, tr\u00e8s sportive, rappelle celle de l\u2019Audi R8 V10 Performance<\/a> essay\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e. Et cette sportivit\u00e9 est bien r\u00e9elle. Nous avons pu le v\u00e9rifier en toute l\u00e9galit\u00e9 sur la piste du Centre de conduite du TCS \u00e0 Ligni\u00e8res o\u00f9 nous avons d\u00e9couvert cette RS e-tron GT de 598 ch en mesure d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h en seulement 3,3 secondes ! C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9galement \u00e0 Ligni\u00e8res que nous avions essay\u00e9 la redoutable Nissan GT-R<\/a> il y a quatre ans.<\/p>\n

Avant de nous installer au volant de l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT, faisons le tour de cette nouvelle berline \u00e9lectrique. Celle-ci partage certes de nombreux composants avec la Porsche Taycan mais, par rapport aux lignes \u00e9pur\u00e9es de cette derni\u00e8re, celles de l\u2019Audi sont beaucoup plus agressives. Ses ailes muscl\u00e9es, son immense calandre et le grand diffuseur arri\u00e8re contribuent en effet \u00e0 la rendre \u00ab m\u00e9chante \u00bb m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat !<\/p>\n

Avec sa puissance de 598 ch, distill\u00e9e par deux moteurs \u00e9lectriques, un de 456 ch \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re et un de 238 ch \u00e0 l\u2019avant, l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT est positionn\u00e9e, du moins sur le papier, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en-dessous de la Porsche Taycan Turbo qui d\u00e9veloppe 625 ch. Nous avons pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0sur le papier\u00a0\u00bb car les deux voitures partagent des valeurs d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration tr\u00e8s proches, voire identiques. En activant la fonction \u00abLaunch control\u00bb qui permet de faire momentan\u00e9ment passer la puissance \u00e0 646 ch pour la RS e-tron GT et \u00e0 680 ch pour la Taycan Turbo, les deux voitures se catapultent de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h en respectivement 3,3 et 3,2 secondes, selon les donn\u00e9es d\u2019usine. L\u2019honneur de Porsche est donc sauf et il l\u2019est encore davantage pour la Taycan Turbo S qui d\u00e9veloppe 680 ch (761 ch avec le \u00ab Launch control\u00a0\u00bb) et qui est cr\u00e9dit\u00e9e de 2,8 secondes pour l\u2019exercice du 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h.<\/p>\n

Ce qui est \u00e9galement prodigieux, c\u2019est son couple de 630 Nm qui arrive instantan\u00e9ment, comme il se doit pour une voiture \u00e9lectrique. Malgr\u00e9 son poids de pr\u00e8s de 2,4 tonnes, l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT r\u00e9agit instantan\u00e9ment d\u00e8s que l\u2019on effleure la p\u00e9dale de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur. Et si on l\u2019enfonce, la voiture bondit comme un gu\u00e9pard\u00a0! On regrettera cependant le manque d\u2019\u00e9motion sonore. La m\u00e9canique n\u2019\u00e9met en effet pratiquement pas de bruit, si ce n\u2019est un l\u00e9ger bourdonnement dans le mode \u00ab\u00a0Dynamic\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ce manque d\u2019\u00e9motion et cependant largement compens\u00e9 par l\u2019incroyable agilit\u00e9 dont fait preuve l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT malgr\u00e9 son imposant gabarit. Cela s\u2019explique avant tout par ses roues arri\u00e8re directrices et son diff\u00e9rentiel arri\u00e8re \u00e9lectronique actif qui ne sont pas de trop pour juguler l\u2019\u00e9norme motricit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par les deux moteurs \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

Rouler sur circuit permet \u00e9galement d\u2019essayer les quatre modes de conduite propos\u00e9s, \u00ab\u00a0Efficiency\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Confort\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Dynamic\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Individual\u00a0\u00bb, sans se soucier des autres usagers de la route. Nous avons ainsi eu tout loisir de constater que le maintien lat\u00e9ral des si\u00e8ges dans les courbes s\u2019av\u00e8re tout simplement parfait et que les d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations sont au moins aussi impressionnantes que les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Dans les zones de freinage pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant les virages serr\u00e9s de la piste de Ligni\u00e8res, l\u2019Audi RS e-tron GT fait n\u00e9anmoins bien sentir son poids de pr\u00e8s de 2,4 tonnes. Du coup, le plaisir de conduite s\u2019av\u00e8re inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui ressenti sur le m\u00eame circuit avec la Nissan GT-R<\/a>. Le plaisir d\u2019aligner les kilom\u00e8tres sans devoir recharger trop fr\u00e9quemment \u00ab\u00a0la batterie lithium-ion d\u2019une teneur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique nette de 86 kWh\u00a0\u00bb devrait en revanche \u00eatre au rendez-vous. Audi annonce en effet \u00ab\u00a0une autonomie comprise entre 433 et 427 km\u00a0\u00bb selon le mode de conduite adopt\u00e9. Quant \u00e0 la technologie 800 volts de la batterie, elle permettrait des temps de recharge tr\u00e8s courts, \u00e0 savoir seulement cinq minutes pour rajouter une autonomie de 100 km ou 25 minutes pour 400 km. A v\u00e9rifier lors d\u2019un prochain essai de plus longue dur\u00e9e au volant de ce premier mod\u00e8le \u00e9lectrique de la gamme RS.<\/p>\n

Avec son Audi RS e-tron GT commercialis\u00e9e d\u00e8s CHF 149’900.-, la firme aux quatre anneaux propose une alternative de choix aux Porsche Taycan Turbo et Turbo S qui partagent la m\u00eame plate-forme et qui sont respectivement vendues \u00e0 partir de CHF 185’000.- et CHF 225’300.-. Ces deux Porsche sont positionn\u00e9es \u00e0 un niveau tarifaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 mais leurs performances sont d\u2019un niveau tout \u00e0 fait comparable \u00e0 celui de la RS e-tron GT. Les designers du constructeur d\u2019Ingolstadt ont par ailleurs r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 habiller leur premi\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0Grand Turismo\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une carrosserie tr\u00e8s sportive dont plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments rappellent les magnifiques lignes de l\u2019Audi R8. Et comme son comportement dynamique s\u2019av\u00e8re enthousiasmant dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, on ne peut qu\u2019applaudir.<\/strong><\/p>\n
