Pionni\u00e8re en la mati\u00e8re, la tant attendue Volkswagen Golf 8 GTI est enfin arriv\u00e9e. Depuis 1975, c\u2019est elle qui fait vibrer les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de s\u00e9rie d\u2019une bo\u00eete de vitesse manuelle \u00e0 6 rapports adoptant un nouveau levier de vitesses.<\/p>\n

Bas\u00e9e sur la plateforme de la Golf 7, les \u00e9volutions esth\u00e9tiques sont plut\u00f4t mineures. Nouvelles jantes sport sp\u00e9cifiques, apparition d\u2019une calandre r\u00e9tro-\u00e9clair\u00e9e (signature lumineuse se trouvant juste au-dessus de la fameuse ligne rouge), bouclier en nid d\u2019abeilles, la GTI se distingue surtout par l\u2019adoption d\u2019antibrouillards en forme de damier, comme sur une certaine Renault Megane RS. Cette particularit\u00e9 est aussi pr\u00e9sente sur la version GTE. L’arri\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente les traditionnelles double sorties d\u2019\u00e9chappement de part et d\u2019autre du diffuseur ainsi qu\u2019un petit becquet. Le logo GTI se retrouve \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent au centre du coffre. Cette nouvelle GTI sera uniquement disponible en version 4 portes.<\/p>\n

Cela en fait la Golf diesel la plus puissante jamais produite. La bo\u00eete automatique DSG \u00e0 7 rapports \u00e0 double embrayage est fournie de s\u00e9rie. La version GTE est plus proche de la GTI. Forte de 245ch et 400Nm, quelle tire d\u2019un 4 cylindres en ligne 1,4L turbocompress\u00e9 de 150ch associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un moteur \u00e9lectrique de 102ch, elle abat le 0 \u00e0 100km\/h en 7,3 secondes. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un bo\u00eete DSG \u00e0 6 rapports. Bien que plus coupleuse que la GTI et affichant aussi 245ch, elle en reste moins performante \u00e0 cause du poids de ses batteries lithium-ion.<\/p>\n
