Le 20 septembre dernier, l\u2019annonce est tomb\u00e9e : en moins de deux ans, la production de la nouvelle Alpine A110 a \u00e9gal\u00e9 celle de son anc\u00eatre produite de 1962 \u00e0 1977. Sachant que l\u2019on parle de 7’176 exemplaires d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 un segment de niche, il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une belle illustration de la r\u00e9ussite du constructeur fran\u00e7ais. Par un hasard de calendrier, nous avions justement rendez-vous avec elle pour une exp\u00e9rience in\u00e9dite : se rendre \u00e0 son volant par la route \u00e0 Lurcy-L\u00e9vis pour participer \u00e0 une sortie circuit organis\u00e9e par le Centre Alpine RRG Lausanne<\/a>. Au d\u00e9part de Lausanne, 394 kilom\u00e8tres nous s\u00e9parent des Lurcyquois. Pour cette occasion, Renault Suisse nous a mis \u00e0 disposition une Alpine A110 Pure d\u2019un magnifique bleu abysse. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e des m\u00eames si\u00e8ges baquets Sebelt que l\u2019A110 Premi\u00e8re Edition dont nous avons dress\u00e9 un bilan complet l\u2019hiver dernier en Suisse<\/a>, apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 aux premiers essais presse en d\u00e9cembre 2017<\/a>. Pour cette exp\u00e9rience in\u00e9dite, plusieurs questions se posent : les baquets non r\u00e9glables en inclinaison vont-ils s\u2019av\u00e9rer fatigants sur longue distance ? Les suspensions relativement souples vont-elles \u00eatre un handicap sur circuit ?<\/p>\n

Pour l\u2019heure, nous jouons \u00e0 cache-cache avec les averses sur l\u2019autoroute A40 qui nous m\u00e8nera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 M\u00e2con en passant par la Bresse. La radio DAB n\u2019\u00e9tant actuellement pas d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e en France en dehors des grandes agglom\u00e9rations, nous alternons entre la bande FM saccad\u00e9e et la playlist pu\u00e9rile de mon Samsung S9\u00a0: aucun doute, la sonorisation Hi-Fi Focal est toujours aussi convaincante, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019elle est maintenant \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un caisson de basses, ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas dans la Premi\u00e8re Edition.<\/p>\n

Le GPS est fluide et efficace, mais il affiche syst\u00e9matiquement une dur\u00e9e de parcours bien sup\u00e9rieure aux applications Google Maps et Here, plus proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Nous quittons l\u2019A40 pour emprunter la N79 RCEA sur 120km jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Montbeugny. Sur cette route \u00f4 combien monotone, nous mettons \u00e0 profit les 252 chevaux de notre Alpine pour d\u00e9passer un maximum de camions sur les rares portions \u00e0 double voie\u2026 le tout sans se faire flasher par les nombreux radars qui fleurissent au bord de cette route r\u00e9put\u00e9e si accidentog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un peu plus de 4 heures de route, nous rallions l\u2019h\u00f4tel du Pont Neuf situ\u00e9 dans la petite bourgade de Le Veurdre, non loin de Moulins. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le reste du groupe, parti plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e, nous attend.<\/p>\n

Le lendemain matin, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o n\u2019incite toujours pas \u00e0 profiter du tennis ou de la piscine. Qu\u2019importe, les 9 Alpine d\u00e9marrent \u00e0 8h30 pour le circuit de Lurcy-Levis situ\u00e9 \u00e0 10 kilom\u00e8tres. Avec une telle flotte, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur piste promet d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9pique. Heureusement, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o s’am\u00e9liore en fin de matin\u00e9e, et l’aller-retour en convoi au restaurant de midi nous permet de faire quelques photos des 9 Alpine. Sur les 6 coloris disponibles, 4 sont pr\u00e9sents : Bleu Alpine, Bleu Abysse (la n\u00f4tre), Blanc Glacier et enfin Gris Tonnerre. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, j’avoue avoir un faible pour ce gris qui sied particuli\u00e8rement bien \u00e0 la berlinette.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e bien remplie<\/a>, il est pass\u00e9 18h et d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019heure de plier bagage. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses deux coffres (196 litres au total), Ga\u00ebtan et moi avons pu ranger toutes nos affaires : une valise de cabine, un sac de voyage, deux casques, un sac \u00e0 dos pour le mat\u00e9riel photos\/vid\u00e9os ainsi que des vestes et paires de chaussures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n

Premi\u00e8rement, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son poids plume de 1\u2019103 kg, sa consommation est mod\u00e9r\u00e9e : nous avons relev\u00e9 6.7l\/100km \u00e0 l\u2019aller et 7.0 l\/100km au retour, la faute \u00e0 davantage d\u2019arr\u00eats ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des pneus moins gonfl\u00e9s\u2026 A rythme coul\u00e9 parsem\u00e9 de quelques franches acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations, les 45 litres du r\u00e9servoir permettent de parcourir 600km.<\/p>\n

Ensuite, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils soient pr\u00e9alablement r\u00e9gl\u00e9s \u00e0 la bonne hauteur (r\u00e9glage par vis) et que votre morphologie leur convienne, les magnifiques si\u00e8ges baquets Sabelt ne sont pas un handicap pour parcourir plusieurs centaines voire milliers de kilom\u00e8tres.
