Ayant fait ses d\u00e9buts sur le vieux continent en octobre \u00e0 Paris, le nouveau Porsche Macan a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ce samedi 8 d\u00e9cembre dans les centres Porsche de Suisse. En avant-premi\u00e8re, sous le soleil de Majorque, j\u2019ai pu prendre son volant il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un mois. Embargo oblige, ce n\u2019est qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui que nous pouvons vous livrer cette prise en main.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Officiellement, une seule motorisation \u00e9tait disponible. Un moteur 4 cylindres essence, le diesel ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 par la marque de Stuttgart. Cubant 2 litres, il d\u00e9livre 370 Nm et 245 ch, soit 7 ch de moins que l\u2019ancien mod\u00e8le, \u00e0 cause de la pr\u00e9sence du filtre \u00e0 particule, d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent obligatoire en Europe. Mais, lors de la descente de l\u2019avion, quelques rumeurs d\u2019un mod\u00e8le plus puissant se font persistantes. Nous allons vite \u00eatre mis au courant : les quatre Porsche Macan r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux journalistes suisses nous attendent \u00e0 la sortie de l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Et l\u00e0, la confirmation : nous avons face \u00e0 nous 1 Macan et 3 Macan S.<\/p>\n

Difficile, en d\u00e9couvrant les quatre SUV compacts align\u00e9s, de les diff\u00e9rencier. Avec mon confr\u00e8re tessinois, nous avons pris place dans le dernier disponible. Pas forc\u00e9ment le plus sexy, avec ses jantes en 18 pouces contre 21 pour les autres, nous pensions avoir h\u00e9rit\u00e9 du vilain petit canard. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que je tourne la cl\u00e9 et voie affich\u00e9 le logo Macan S dans le compteur de droite. C\u2019est bien joli, mais aucune id\u00e9e de ce qui se cache sous le capot. Et avec le timing ultraserr\u00e9 afin de rejoindre l\u2019h\u00f4tel pour la conf\u00e9rence de presse, pas le temps d\u2019aller guigner ce que les m\u00e9canos de l\u2019usine Porsche de Leipzig ont assembl\u00e9 comme m\u00e9canique. Un 4 cylindres aussi\u00a0? Ou bien un V6, comme le mod\u00e8le actuel ? Nous allons nous en faire une id\u00e9e sur les septante kilom\u00e8tres de route qui nous s\u00e9parent d\u2019Art\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Dans la cours de l\u2019h\u00f4tel tr\u00f4ne un Porsche Macan bleu Miami. Une superbe livr\u00e9e pour qui assume les couleurs voyantes. J\u2019ai enfin deux minutes pour appr\u00e9cier ses nouvelles lignes. Principale nouveaut\u00e9\u00a0: le bandeau lumineux LED en relief \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, avec la pr\u00e9sence de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de feux de stop \u00e0 4 points, qui rappellent les 4 LED des phares avant. Le lendemain, changement de d\u00e9cor. Le GPS a \u00e9t\u00e9 configur\u00e9 pour nous emmener le long des plages d\u2019Alcudia, puis sur des \u00ab cols \u00bb de l\u2019ile. C\u2019est en passager que je commence la journ\u00e9e. Se balader en bord de mer, en Macan S, il y a pire\u2026 Mais il y a mieux aussi. Apr\u00e8s une pause photo, au bord de l\u2019eau, nous \u00e9changeons les places avec Bruno. Je vais enfin pouvoir l\u2019essayer sur des routes sinueuses. Le volant Sport GT en alcantara, emprunt\u00e9 \u00e0 la 911, me manquait d\u00e9j\u00e0. Avec le pack Sport Chrono optionnel, il int\u00e8gre le s\u00e9lecteur de mode avec son bouton Sport Response. Je s\u00e9lectionne le mode Sport+ et pars \u00e0 l\u2019assaut des \u00ab hautes montagnes \u00bb de l\u2019\u00eele. La pouss\u00e9e est franche d\u00e8s les bas r\u00e9gimes. Les 480 Nm de couple sont pr\u00e9sents d\u00e8s 1’360 trs\/min ! La mont\u00e9e en r\u00e9gime est lin\u00e9aire, pour atteindre la puissance maximale de 354 ch de 5’400 \u00e0 6’400 trs\/min. Les passages de rapports de la bo\u00eete PDK sont parfaits. Les palettes fix\u00e9es au volant permettent \u00e0 tout moment de corriger le tir, si le rapport s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9lectronique ne nous convient pas. Et il est toujours possible de changer les rapports aussi via le shifter, dispositif qui dispara\u00eet sur la nouvelle Porsche 911 992.<\/p>\n

Son ch\u00e2ssis, savant dosage entre confort et sportivit\u00e9, m\u2019a permis de me faire plaisir sur ces routes. La faible prise de roulis m\u2019aurait presque fait oublier que j\u2019\u00e9tais au volant d\u2019un SUV de plus de 1\u2019800 kg. Quelques rares portions m\u2019auront permis d\u2019atteindre des vitesses inavouables, qui auront mis \u00e0 contribution le freinage muni d\u2019\u00e9triers fixes \u00e0 6 pistons.<\/p>\n

La halte d\u00eenatoire effectu\u00e9e dans le domaine viticole de Bodega Son Mayol, a permis d\u2019effectuer un bel alignement de Macan, laissant entrevoir la large palette de couleurs possible, avec notamment le vert Mamba m\u00e9tallis\u00e9, couleur qui n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9e inaper\u00e7ue.<\/p>\n

Disponible d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent au prix de base de CHF 79’100.-, il vous faudra par contre compter environ CHF 20’000.- d\u2019options pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019aides \u00e0 la conduite aux standards actuels, de jantes 21 pouces, du pack Sport Chrono et du volant Sport GT chauffant.
